Beth Bell started Access Mail Processing Services in 1986 in Clearwater, Florida. She worked at the Post Office during college at the University of South Florida, never dreaming she would end up in the mailing business. A certified service technician on the mailing equipment, Beth has also attained the Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) national designation. An active participant on the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) Strategic Planning Committee, she also serves on the US Postal Service's Mailer's Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) workgroups, meeting quarterly in Washington, D.C. with other industry professionals and Postal officials. Access Mail has been a pilot site for several Postal programs, and has been certified by the US Postal Service as a Combined Mail and VAR Contract mailer, which requires additional internal quality control measures.

John Sanford, IT Manager
John Sanford is Access Mail’s on-site IT Manager and technician. His daily oversight and on-going maintenance of all the equipment, computer network and software updates assures Access’ machines operate efficiently and accurately. This regular care ensures Access will continuously exceed USPS standards for processing mail. John joined Access Mail after retiring from the US Air Force in 1995, where he was responsible for electronic equipment installation and repair.

Pat Tallent has assisted mailers’ needs for 12 years. He develops and recommends solutions to his clients’ daily mail issues, saving them staff time, hours of frustration and hundreds of dollars a year in postage costs. He’s been active with several Postal Customer Councils over the years and like the rest of Access Mail sales staff, works with businesses to identify whether First Class letter, flats or Standard Class mail is best to suit their various needs.
