Access Mail is a proud member of The National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) and Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA).
Our employees are active in the Pinellas, Manasota and Tampa Postal Customer Councils (PCC).
We are members of the Suncoast Better Business Bureau (and have sorted their mail since 1988).
NAPM is a trade association composed of individuals and firms concerned with the present and future of postal work-sharing. It includes individuals who have acquired knowledge and experience that qualifies them as specialists in performing mail-processing services. Access Mail operates according to, and heartily endorses, the NAPM Code of Ethics.
MFSA is the national trade association for the mailing and fulfillment services industry. For more than 80 years MFSA has been working to improve the business environment for mailing and fulfillment companies and to provide opportunities for the learning and professional development of the managers of these companies. Regular members are in the mailing services, product fulfillment, or literature fulfillment business. Associate members are the suppliers to the mailing and fulfillment services business.
PCCs are local associations comprised of business mailers and postal managers, working together to increase mailing efficiency and improve mail service. Established in 1961, the main purpose of a PCC is to strengthen the working relationship between the US Postal Service and its customers. Each PCC has an industry co-chair and a postal co-chair, with a governing board. At the direction of these boards, meetings are scheduled to meet the local area needs. Mailers and local vendors of postal services, equipment and supplies may become members. Local postmasters are usually in attendance at the regular meetings.
