Physical Standards for Postage Discounts – Letters & Flats

To qualify for discounted postage, mail must fall within specific size parameters that will easily process through USPS equipment.

These are acceptable envelope sizes for discounted postage rates:

Min. size: 3-1/2” x 5”
Max. size: 6-1/8” x 11-1/2”
Max. thickness: 0.25”

Mail must be rectangular and fit on the template Access Mail can provide to qualify for discounted rates.
