Tabs, Wafer Seals and Glue Strips

Letter-sized mail to be sent without envelopes must be prepared using tabs, wafer seals or glue strips to qualify for discounted postage. Effective June 2008, the criteria for mail piece orientation and seal placement changed. Click here for more info.
